Land Rover Repair: MY REAR LIGHTS WILL NOT TURN ON., electrical connections, fuses

hELLO,
THe when I turn on my headlights,the rear lights don't come on.  Also, my brake lights don't come on; the only brake light that comes on is the one on the cab.
Are you familiar with these symptoms?

Have you done the basic things?

1 - Checked all the bulbs, making sure they are the correct type and correctly installed and not burned out?

2 - Have you checked the fuses?

3 - HAve you made sure the electrical connections at the lights are all good, especially any under the truck?
