I have not driven my Freelander 1.8 GS for about 2 weeks and when i started it and drove it , it was fine then the amber HDC light came on and the car started to judder can you help?

Answer
It sounds like you engaged HDC.  Push the button to disengage it.  If that does not work there is a failure in the SLABS system, and you'll need dealer service or service from an independent with the Autologic or T4 system.
