Please could you advise why when I start to vehicle I do not see the ABS or TC dashboard indicators at all.  Also when selecting HDC there is also no dashboard indicator to confirm HDC is activated. The vehicle seems to be running fine, braking is OK and HDC seems to be operational.

Any suggestions ?

If you don't see the lights I'd say the ABS control unit is not getting powered up or has completely failed. It's also possible (if this is a recently acquired used car) that someone tampered with the gauges to conceal a problem.

You will need a dealer or workshop with a T4 or Autologic to diagnose this further.  An OBD II scanner won't talk to ABS
