THE NOISE ONLY HAPPEN WHEN I BACKUP OR DRIVE
I CHECK THE REAR SHAFT U-JOINTAND IT SEEMS TOBE NORMAL SO IS THE FRONT SHAFT
COULD IT BE THE TRANSFER BOX
IS THERE ADVISE YOU CAN HELP ME WITH

Answer
First, I suggest you check for loose u-joints or excessive free play at all four wheels.

Second, you should know some degree of clank is normal.  A high idle speed on the engine will make the clank worse.  I suggest finding a local Land Rover expert and have him listen and render an opinion.
