Land Rover Repair: 265 75 R16 - need to raise vehicle?, best of luck, disco

I AM GETTING READY TO BUY SOME NEW TIRES AND WANTED TO PUT SOMETHING ON BIGGER THEN MY 255 65 R16. WILL 265 75 R16 FIT I DONT MIND REMOVING PLASTIC IF NEED BE.

Hi Jason,

if you have a Disco I or II and you want to run with the 265 75 R16's, you'll need to do more than remove the plastic.  You will have to raise the vehicle a couple of inches.  There are kits available and many off-road owners have done it...check out http://www.rovertym.com
