Land Rover Repair: active corningt system, land rover discovery, ome shocks

 Hi, Mr McInnis

  This question is in regards to my dad's 2001 land rover discovery II.  The problem is we went from the air bag system and went to the old man emu coil suspension system and the rover still continues to sway from side to side.  How can we remedy this problem.

Hi Jonathan,

small world.  My parents are from Cape Breton - North Sydney.  

Check the sway bar, it may need to be replaced if it's bent.

OME shocks and coils are usually very solid.  Perhaps you need a heavy duty spring.  Very strange to read that OME springs are 'soft'.
