Land Rover Repair: Keyless Remote, land rover freelander, keyfob

Do you know/have the instructions for programming the two button remote for a 2003 Land Rover Freelander?

I am ordering the keyfob and would like to program it without paying the dealer $50.

The remote requires one of th especialist Land Rover test systems for programming, either an Autologic or a T4.  Look around for an independent with one of those tools if you don't want to use the dealer.
