Land Rover Repair: Rear Windows, left hand side, nice photos

I have a 97 Disco.  The driver side rear window dropped open and will not raise electrically.  When I push the button I can hear the motor turning but the window stays down.  I am able to manually pull the window up.  What should I be looking for to fix this problem.
