QuestionJohn, My rear tail lights, dash lights, all dont work. The fuel low light thankfully works! The rear fog lamps work so i can stil drive at night. I have tried all the fuses and bulbs. They are all good. Could it be the left lever switch not turning on the running lights? All thoughts appreciated. Thanks!
AnswerHi Dave,
I've seen this with my '95. Has to be a fuse, bulb, bulbholder (wiring or contacts corroded), or possibly a switch.
Very rare to have light switch fail. You'll have to take very close inspections of all bulbs and wiring, especially for the rear lights. I found that exposed bulbs and bulbholders can corrode much faster.
Bulbholder on rear bumper is my first suggestion to start. Use bulbs that you know are working and swap accordingly.
Sidemarker lights are the next exposed lights to check. I've replaced quite a few of them on my '95.
Best of luck,

NB: failed dashlight may also cause this type of problem. Very weird lucas wiring is the rear culprit.
