Land Rover Repair: CD Changer, car stereo repair, longwood fl

I got a Land rover Discover 95'
Pluged a Cd changer in the pre-wired place under the seat.
seems not the be getting power.
how do i make is turn on and play?

my CD changer was stolen not long after I bought my Disco.  I never replaced it.
