Land Rover Repair: steering, steering damper, power steering

I'm scared off my power steering.It shakes, its stiff, the fluid is like sludge, All these problems only occur when car in reverse. I wanted to know if I should by this power steering flush lub in stores its called Power Steering Fluid Protectant by LUBEGARD. (4 oz.)Can you please help?

I've never used PS flush products before.  Never needed this done.

IF your PS fluid is "sludge", I have to wonder what's causing this.  I would consider draining the fluid and replacing it with fresh fluid.  

IF you feel the need for a flushing product, I don't know what to expect from it.  I guess you'll have to try it and let me know if it works.

As for the stiff driving and shakes, you had better check your suspension, steering damper and PS pump.  These are the first to display signs of failure that you describe.
