I am not sure about WHO exactly to contact for LR repairs.  SO what I did for you is find some websites that should know quality repair shops in the Colorado area:

Solihull Society is Colorado's oldest Land Rover club and the first place I'd suggest for you:

Bill Burk is a off-road driving instructor based in Colorado.  Maybe he could help you locate a good shop:  http://www.bb4wa.com/
