Land Rover Repair: running lights and windows, land rover discovery, fuse box

My 97, Land Rover, Discovery windows and runing lights are not working. I've checked the fuses, all are good, what might be problem . Thanks for your help!

UPDATE:
Christopher, can you tell me if you've tested the relay switch?  Did you check the engine compartment fuse box?  10 and 11 are the fuses that govern lighting and windows, respectively.  Fuse 2 governs sidelights, worth double checking.

Hello Christopher,

I suspect a relay problem.  Check the main relay to see if it has been blown.  Meanwhile, I will ask around for other possible causes.
