Lexus Repair: car will not stay started, rotors, ecu

Recently my car has been cutting off while diving . I have put in new sparks ,wire, caps and rotors. and it still cuts off. Someone told me that the idle is to low. My question is how do you ajust the idle on a 1992 ES300 lexus

I can tell you that it is not as simple as adjusting a screw on the ES300, it is controlled by your vehicles ECU and should only be adjusted by someone who knows this vehicle.
