Lexus Repair: 4runner Question, start the car, cold start

 Hello! How are you today? I hope you are doing ok. I have a problem with my 4runner. On a cold start, the car hesitates between 28-35 miles per hour. It almost seems as the car wants to quit, but if I floor the car, it's fine. I was wondering what it could be. I was also wondering if you can clean an exaporator with water? Thanks for your help

Hello Courtney, It is not uncommon for vehicles to do this before complete warm up, I would just give it a few minutes more to warm up before you take off. And as far as the evaporator being cleaned it must be removed to do this and water and a little bleach are what most use.
