Mazda Repair: Horn!, mazda miata, metal hanger

Hi I have a Mazda Miata 95 and the horn does not work, i have changed the fuse under the steering wheel and my brake lights are fine as this runs of the same fuse, do i need a new horn, or could it be a wiring problem!

Horn failures are not uncommon.  A ground issue can be the fault many times.  Try unbolting the horn mount and retightening it to get a new ground both at the horn and at the metal hanger fasteners.  If it still does not work you can disconnect the wire at the horn and attach a test light to the wire, push the button and observe if the wire gets 12 volts or not to determine if the horn itself is actually bad.
