Mazda Repair: Mazda Tribute 2001, mazda tribute, large explosion

Question
I have been having problems with hoses blowing off my engine.  I
had them replaced and now the really bad thing has happened.  I
tried to start my car this morning and had a large explosion sound
come from the engine.   When I opened the hood, I found broken
plastic everywhere and the cover and the plastic part below the 3.0
liter Duratec V6 Engine were split open and raised up.
I was wondering what you thought had happened.  Also was
wondering what you thought would be involved in fixing this
problem.

Hi thena thanks for asking
this is a weird issue, it sounds lke u may have an internal engine problem causing this engine to backfire through the intake, most of the intake system is plastic, and fairly fragile, i need to know exactly what "blew up" get back to me on this
