My windshield wiper on my 1994 c220 stoped moving. I can hear the motor running and can feel it under the windshield wiper it self

Seized pivot assembly, and broken linkage that connects this assembly to the wiper motor.

Note:  
Pivot assembly does not include 202 820 03 41 wiper linkage that connects this assembly to the wiper motor.
