Mercedes Benz repair: 1988 e190 2.3, mercedes benz 190e, number search results

When I turn the wheel left or right I get a very loud squeaking noise coming from the right front tire area.  Is this a lube job that it needs or something else.  It did it about a month ago and stopped but it is now doing it again.
