Mercedes Benz repair: 240D brakes, mercedes benz 240d, caliper brake

Question
I have a 1983 240 D and the front brakes are sticking. When I first start the car and drive it for a couple of miles, it's OK, however after a few stops, the front brakes start to stick.  After I stop, I can smell the front brake pads, and the front wheels are very hot to touch.  The rear brakes are always cool and not seem to stick at all.  Is the master cylinder or the calipers to blame?  Please help!

DANGER:
This is a safety issue...

* Replace the four brake system rubber Flex hoses, body to caliper.
* Replace the front calipers with rebuilt units, they are damaged.
* Replace the front brake pads, they are wrecked.
