I see four possible answers:
#1. The battery ground to body is not making contact, inspect the body to engine ground at the same time.
#2. The positive connection at your starter solenoid and/or your starter solenoid is bad.
#3. The rod between your ignition tumbler and ignition switch is broken.
#4. The ignition switch is bad.
