Mercedes Benz repair: Mercedes door panel 380SE, 1985 sedan, number search results, mercedes benz 380se

Mercedes Benz 380SE, 1985 sedan.  The back right window (in
door) is inactive, in the down position.  The power control
button activates the motor, which I can hear, but the window
does not move.  It seems to be off it's track or whatever
mechanism it is supposed to be attached to.  I need to know
how to open the door panel to look at what is actually wrong,
and I need to know how the window is supposed to be
configured in its correct position.
