Mercedes Benz repair: 1988 300SEL 119,000 fuse panel and cruise control, fuse panel, dash post

I just purchased this vehicle. I can not locate the fuse box. I want to take out fuse for the cruise control. It will not turn off and is causing the car to bet on cruise control after 20 miles an hour
