Mercedes Benz repair: temperature, normal temperature, climate control

Question
I am driving Mercedes E200 1996 (round head lights), my questions are:
1.what is the normal temperature? is it between 80-100 celcius?
2. if I am driving up-hill the temperature going up, but never exceed 100 degrees.
if I turn on the air cond. the temperature increase.
3. The fan is auto-running at what degrees?
4. is there any effect if I am using the 91 Octanes fuel?

This is normal. RE: 2. if I am driving up-hill the temperature going up, but never exceed 100 degrees.

The engine auxiliary cooling fan should be running any time the A/C is on and/or any time the engine is above 212F. RE: 3. The fan is auto-running at what degrees?

Higher octane = better running, but should have no effect on engine life or cooling. RE: 4. is there any effect if I am using the 91 Octanes fuel?

If you turn on the air conditioner, and the temperature goes above 100 C then you probably have a cooling issue.
