Mercedes Benz repair: 1990 560 SEL defrost/heater fan, heater fan, climate control

Question
Was blowing perfectly yesterday, checked fuse #5 and any that looked like they could remotely effect and there were no bad fuses as far as I can see.  Common problems? Solutions?  Thanks in advance for the help.

#1. Replace all fuses with NEW.
