Mercedes Benz repair: mercedes mileage, mercedes e300, kelley blue book

I am considering a 1994 Mercedes e300 Wagon w 145,000 miles on it . it is clean and has been maintained well. But I have concerns on the high mileage . Is this mileasge any thing to worry about with this vehicle? any Idea on the correct price range for this vehicle? Thanks

Do NOT buy any car with that many miles without a Pre Purchase Inspection by a local MB dealer.
The couple of hundred for an inspection can save you $7,000.00 or more in unknown/unexpected repairs.
