Mercedes Benz repair: power window driver side, mercedes benz 300e, number search results

Hi whunter,
    I own a 1989 mercedes benz 300e with 136,000 miles.  My power window doesn't work. ( driver side) When I press the button I hear a click by the door which has the inoperable window. Can you instruct me how I can pinpoint the problem--(switch? regulator?)

If you hear a click, the switc is good.
Best guess is "Window Regulator" or "Window Motor".
Remove door panel and look with a good strong light for damage.
