where is the water getting in (fuel tank)

Answer
There is always a certain amount of water in fuel. Condensation can cause this but it should not be to the extent it will effect the way the car runs. If there is too much water then your fuel supplier has a problem. Put some gas stabalizer in with each tank that should help.
