MG Car Repair: 1970 MGB

The overdrive on my MGB will kick off from time to time ad I was wodering what the problem may be with the overdrive?

Without more info hard to tell. Could be electrical...I'd say likely the switch or the solenoid. If not electric, then it could be wrong type lube in the unit, or low oil in the unit, or plugged filter screen, etc. tell me more if you can.
