MG Car Repair: lost key, legitimate owner, lost key

Hi Barrie,

Hope you can help? I have just purchased a non-runner MGB GT which has been left locked in a garage for several years. The keys have been lost and i need to have a replacement key made to allow me entry into the car

Any suggestions would be most welcome

Hi John.  Please send me another question, and make it PRIVATE.  In your question, please tell me the registration number and the VIN number of the car.  These will be on the V5 which you should have.  If you answer my questions correctly, then I will tell you how to sort the keys out.  Sorry to be so careful, but I need to be sure that you are the legitimate owner.
