Adjusting the adjusters needs a special tool. Do you know where I can get one?

Hi David.  I know the tool you are referring to.  It is like a screwdriver, but there is a gear wheel on the shaft.  I have never seen one for sale, and I have no idea where you would get one.  To adjust an RD340, I use a pair of needle-nosed pliers to turn the cam wheels.  It is not so controlled, but it can be done.
