Mitsubishi Repair: transmission, mitsubishi eclispe, linkage

1995 Mitsubishi Eclispe 2.o non turbo Reverse is out and 5th is scracing and 4th and 3rd start doing that.  Also my motor mount is broke

First begin by replacing the motor mount.  With the engine not sitting properly, this can throw off the shifter linkage.  There may need to be linkage adjustments after the mount is replaced, so that your mechanic do that as necessary.  Hopefully your problem is no more serious than that.
