I AM LOOKING AT BUYING A VRX MAGNA 2001 5 SPEED AUTO AND TOOK IT FOR TEST DRIVE BUT HAS A SHUDDER (SHAKE)ON TAKE OFF IN FIRST BUT THEN COMES GOOD

Sounds like there may be a transmission problem.  Possibly an issue with the overdrive or torque converter.  If you're really interested in the car, have a trusted mechanic inspect the car thoroughly first before making your final decision.
