Mitsubishi Repair: engine misfire, mitsubishi eclipse, cylinder misfire

1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse 2.0 Non-Turbo.I am getting a "Multiple Cylinder Misfire,Cylinder 3 Misfire"code.I tested cly.3 and it is firing.I just dicovered a crack in the fuel fill hose.Is the system pressurized so it could cause a rough idle resembling a misfire?Thank-You.

Yes, the fuel lines are pressurized as are all fuel injected vehicle systems.  If the proper fuel pressure is not obtained, the injectors may not be able to provide enough fuel to ignite the mixture within the cylinder  Hence causing a misfire.  Replace the bad fuel hose and inspect the spark plugs and injectors (at least the #3 injector) and be sure everything is working properly.
