in your opinion whats the easiest way to replace a starter on a 4g63 engine?

The easiest way is to have someone else do it :).  But if you really want to tackle the job yourself, and you're familiar with working on cars (you have a decent set of mechanical tools and a good amount of time), then get yourself a service manual and that will help walk you through the operation.  Haynes and Chiltons service manuals for your car are typically available at most auto part stores for around $10-$15.
