Mitsubishi Repair: radio code, radio code, battery terminal

I just bought a 2000 Galant ES,but when I took the battery terminal off my radio doesn't work it wants a code.Can you please help or give me info on this?? All the dealers are closed this weekend 06/06/09.

Each code is specific to the radio, and based on the serial number on the radio.  The only place that can give you the code you need is the dealership unless the previous owner knows the code.  Some owners write down the code in the owners manual, so you may want to check in your manual or glovebox for the code.  You may even have luck contacting the previous owner.  Else, your only other option is to wait for the dealership to open on Monday.
