Mitsubishi Repair: 1996 galant timing belt, auto parts stores, repair job

I need to replace the timing belt on my 96 galant 4 cyl. auto, is there a step by step procedure somewhere? I'm pretty handy and am sure I can do it, but.....would really like to review some technical data/procedure first.

Most major auto parts stores do carry service manuals for your Galant.  Your other option is to order a factory service manual from the dealership.  You may also have luck looking on eBay for Galant repair manuals as well.  Any of those manuals will provide step by step instructions for just about any maintenance or repair job you'll want to do on your car.
