Sorry, I do not answer "how do I replace" questions.  These get way too specific and involved for this forum.  Though most auto parts stores do carry service manuals for your car for about $15.  I would highly recommend that for a job like replacing your lifters.  It's a relatively easy job, but you'll want a really good reference like a service manual to guide you.
