Mitsubishi Repair: 1999 Diamonte fuel issues, diamonte, fuel issues

My 1999 Diamonte has had issues of cutting out like it was not getting gas, but it was only lasting for the first 5 to 10 minutes of driving. It recently got worse and with me putting the same pressure on the gas pedel would go from 5mph to 30mph back and forth. I barely got it home. I only have 70,000 miles. Have you seen this problem before?

Shirley: You need to get your car into a shop someplace, because your fuel pump could be going out. In that it is not sending enough fuel to keep the engine going. But it could be a lot of other things too. Yes, I have seen this problem before in a lot of other cars. So take it to a shop, please. Don't want you to get stuck out on the road someplace. They will be able to find the problem and fix it for you. Hope this helps and good luck!
