Mitsubishi Repair: Clutch Kits, plate clutch, clutch kits

1998 Mitsubishi Eclilpse GSX, Manual.  I was wondering what all I need to change out my clutch.  I've been told that I need a new Pressuer Plate, Clutch Disc, and a Throwout berring.  Is that it or are they full of $#!+?  Thanks.

You've been told correctly.  When people buy clutch kits for their DSM (Eclipses and Talons), it normally consists of a pressure plate, friction plate (clutch disc) and throw-out bearing.  Sometimes the kits don't come with the throw-out bearing, but you can pick one up at your local Mitsubishi dealership for about $30.  Do a Google search for 'DSM clutch kits' and you'll find a bunch of online stores that sell these kits.
