1995 eagle talon.non turbo. trying top install power steering belt.need advice please

My best recommendation is to buy yourself a good service manual.  Most auto parts stores sell them for your car for around $15.  I'd feel bad if I gave you instrutions on how to install a new belt and something went wrong.  Or worse yet, someone got hurt.  Get a service manual and you should be fine.  It's still cheaper than paying a mechanic $100 to do it.
