where could i find cheap parts like:motor mounts,passenger wiper arm,rear shocks,power window regulators,a/c system,power steering rack,inner & outer tie rods,and auto body parts. it can be used or rebuilt

Your best bet would to be find an auto salvage yard in your area, call them, and ask them if they have a Galant that matches yours.  Another place to look would be on eBay:

They sell inexpensive OEM parts from all makes and models of cars.  You may even find an entire car that you could use for parts.  Buying an entire car can sometimes be 3 times cheaper than buying all the parts seperately.  You'd just be responsible for removing what your wanted.
