Mitsubishi Repair: engine want start, simple tune, plug wires

i have a 1996 galant s model it stop running when i was driving it and now it will not start whats wrong with it? it sounds like it wants to start but it just doesn't  catch

Your problem could be bad spark plugs, plug wires, or a your distributor.  There may also be a problem with your fuel pump.  Have your mechanic inspect your ignition system first, since that's the most common cause.  You may just need a simple tune-up.
