Motorcycle Repair: honda clarion cb, honda goldwing, goldwing gl1500

hi i live in ireland and own a goldwing1500se it has a factory fitted CB which is A.M is it possible to adapt this to F.M or can a CB with dual frequency be bought that will fit straight on to the bike
please advise and if they can be bought  and from where

I am not aware of any conversion other than installing
an AM/FM unit like this one on ebay:
