Is this product -Red-Kote compatible with fiberglass tanks?

Hi Jim,

No, Red Kote is not recommended for fibreglass, it tends not to stick
over time and peels away.

Find a epoxy based tank sealer and do very thorough preparation
as recommeded by the maker.

Good prep and a two coat epoxy can seal plastic and fibreglass
better than the single coat products.

Look for the word "epoxy" because some other types of sealers are not
good on fibreglass.

Success varies due to poor or careful preparation of the tank and proper
application of the etchers or sealers.
