Motorcycle Repair: 1986 Suzuki RM 250, suzuki rm 250, radiator fluid
QuestionMy radiator fluid is mixing with my gear oil . I replaced all the gaskets and seals and ran the bike for two days . I then chaine the oil and it was white again but I still have fluid in the radiator . Not as much as I put in before i started it 2 days before . Do you know if something else has been a common problem for this to be fix
AnswerIf you really have replaced all the gaskets, then it is likely you have a crack or pinhole corrosion somewhere. can be tough to find, sometimes it is near the waterpump since that is the most complex area where oil and water almost co-exist... Good luck in finding the problem, sorry I can't be of more help this is not a bike I work on regularly as stated in my profile...
