Motorcycle Repair: parking light FLH, running light, main switch

Hi Mike

You write : f ollow the green wire , you have tired up the headlight in the running light ?

There is no running light on the bike , unlessyou turn it on he main switch ,
Please explain further .... i dont understand your last answer :)

the parking light you are trying to hook up. When you say you put power to it the headlight comes on. Since the headlight comes on then it interconnected to the parking light. You need to trace the power going to the headlight and find where the headlight and parkign light are connected.
