Motorcycle Repair: linseed oil in fuel tank, petcock, fuel tank

Question
Someone put linseed oil in my fuel tank. The petcock was turned off thank god, but I don't know how to get the linseed oil completely cleaned out of the tank. Please help!!!!

Disconnect the fuel line from the carb and start draining the tank. I wouls flush it several times with gas. Gas and oil will mix so it should flush it all out. Once you do that a few times I would remove the petcock and clean it
