Motorcycle Repair: Oil in Lower Unit, 2003 heritage softail, oil tank

How much oil goes back in the lower unit after changing the oil on a 2003 Heritage softail?

What do you mean by the lower unit? are you refering to the oil tank?

With the bike sitting upright remove the derby cover and filll until the oil is at the lower lip the primary cover. Its a little over a quart
