Motorcycle Repair: 2005 Road King TC 88, kit dynojet, true duals
QuestionUpgrades so far include Rinehart True Duals, breather kit, Dynojet. Dynos @ 71 hp and torque @ 75. I want to do a little more performance upgrades without going to 95" kit. Riding generally consists of cruising around countrside, short trips with occasional road trips. Most riding between 40-70 mph. What do you recommend as far as cams [and type], ignition, plugs and wires, oil pump?, etc. Suggestions from others as to cams have been Andrews TW-26 or TW-37. Thanks for your input on this.
AnswerI would go with the Andrews 26 cam. It will give you the HP and torque for the RPM you ride in.
For what you have I would stick with the ignition, plugs, wires and oil pump that you already have. they will work just fine for your setup.
Good luck and happy riding
Mike
